As a counsellor, my main duty in the school is to oversee the well-being of the students. I do one-on-one counselling sessions and follow-up sessions, group counselling, assembly talks as well as planning and executing well-being programs for the students such as Buddy Program for new students,Cyberwellness, Puberty Talks and Homeroom Programs. I was working at TCC @ German Centre for a full year as a service crew (waiter) and my main task was to serve customers and ensure the highest service standard is displayed at the boutique. After 6 months, I was positioned both as waiter and as barista. As a barista, I was responsible for the preparations of drinks, breakfast menu as well as some desserts for the customers and have to display the highest standard of hygiene and work efficiency.During my course as a waiter, TCC had sent me for a hygiene course prepared by external training provider (Setsco) in order to better equip me with the standard operating procedures of food preparations and handling as well as personal hygiene in F&B environment.
