We specialize in social media co-management.Loan Humor - Helping the mortgage and real estate industries.Scenario – Mortgage Industry is a large fragmented market. The total U.S. Mortgage Debt is 10.682 trillion as of June 11, 2020 – per the St. Louis Federal Reserve. We created www.loanhumor.com with memes shared on Facebook and Instagram to help increase engagement in an otherwise non-exciting industry.We also have proprietary lists and social media to target the Greek American segment. After working with several Greek American organizations and doing informal market research, we determined there was a need for more organized information. By working first hand with so many organizations, we have developed primary research from doing the promotion for many Greek North American organizations. Based on our primary research and select secondary data, we created services and proprietary lists that directly targets the Greek American consumer.We are both a digital ad agency that can create marketing campaigns, as well as publishers that can distribute advertisements to proprietary digital lists and social media, targeting the Greek American audience.
