Currently responsible for Programme / Project managing multiple work streams within the sales group at Cisco for the dCloud platform which is the largest demo environment in the World. The role includes working with teams of frontend and backend developers on business value focused projects in addition to ensuring the team constantly address bugs and small feature requests to improve the customer experience.Project Assignments• Genesis Project - Currently Managing the development of a new demo platform to replace dCloud.• Rally to Jira Cloud Project - Managed the migration and implementation of the new Jira Cloud suite of tools for the dCloud platform team to manage their projects and workloads.• Topology Builder Project - Managed the development and roll out of a User facing application to allow the creation of demo content on the dCloud Platform to the 50,000 Cisco Sales Engineers.• Data & Metrics Project - Implementing a new Business Intelligence tool called ThoughSpot to replace Tableau reports• Data & Metrics Project - Implemented a new centralised Metrics event driven Pipeline Hosted on AWS then made available with an Oracle Data Lake.•. Platform Segmentation Project -Provided ring fenced platform capacity capabilities to demo developers•. 2012 Managed the technical relocation of business functions from London into the Chester campus.EMEA Windows 7 Project Manager for Global Markets.2011Successfully delivered largest desktop transition project in EMEA, migrating approximately 12,000 legacy Merrill Lynch desktops to the Bank of America Network spanning 30 lines of business.Initially brought on board to manage the deployments in each Line of business with a team of engineers, then promoted to Programme lead role to manage a team or Project Managers and pre-deployment staff and ultimately drive the project through to completion.

I re-joined iPSL within the Technical Architect team in 2005 as they desperately required my enterprise technical expertise and Banking Industry knowledge. I worked on a number of high profile projects,I re-designed their end to end testing environment for HSBC Bank, and created high level and low level technical design for a number of other client facing projects.As a technical architect my main responsibilities were:-•Researching, designing and implementing IT Systems for iPSL, this was done in relation to Infrastructure, Enterprise systems management and bespoke applications.•Reviewing and evaluating business operational requirements to design and architect IT Systems solutions•Conceptualising IT possibilities in order for alternative solutions to be considered and assessed.•Creating systems design documentation and reports in a fashion which can be understood by both business users and also IT.•Presenting IT solutions to all levels of management and IT technicians.

As a member of the Projects & Implementation Team I interfaced to senior members of Accenture and also worked very closely with domains within the Warwick Delivery Centre in order to shape & sell new outsourcing deals.
