Having worked in the contact centre industry for over 20 years now I have touched all areas of the industry. From the supplier’s perspective I've worked through technical department roles and migrated into Sales related technical roles. Then having worked in several contact centres from a client perspective I can appreciate all aspects of the business including the pain of dealing with obstinate suppliers. Throughout every role I've learned one thing, most products and solutions are similar nowadays and the one thing that sets your solution above others is the people that support it.That's why I always believe in supporting the customer to the best of my abilities be it internal colleagues or external clients.If you've got a problem in your contact centre, I'm more than happy to offer my advice.
