CurrentLed several initiatives to grow and upgrade business processes. Also, as we are a SMB, all aspects of IT operations were handled by my small group.• Architect-ed and implemented a VMware Virtual server environment from a single host in 2012 to a multi-host VSphere and VDI environment today resulting in a 75% reduction of the physical server footprint with an increase to 100 virtual servers & 150 virtual desktops.• Implemented a project to migrate from a Barracuda Firewall to a Fortinet system with IPS, VPN site-to-site, VPN Client, & Web Proxy in June 2019.• Planned and implemented BitLocker drive encryption on over 120 laptops scattered across the country from January to March 2019.• Manage and maintain 100+ physical and virtual Windows servers OS’s 2003-2016 providing a physical and virtual platform for corporate applications, Web services and file sharing.• Created and managed AD Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, AD user account creation & rights management.• Implemented a complete PC refresh of 250 laptops / desktops / VDI / Thin Clients from XP to Windows 7 to Windows 10, multiple times.• Integral to the July 2015 office relocation and infrastructure upgrade which involved a total data center move and Call Center phone system upgrade, completed with only 24 hours downtime. • Developed expert knowledge of Active Directory in a Server 2012 / 2008 R2 / 2016 environment, VMware vSphere & VMware VDI, All flavors of Windows 10, McAfee ePO, Cisco Endpoint Security, WSUS, Exchange 2010, Fortinet, Barracuda & Checkpoint Firewalls, DNS, Group Policy, Backup Exec & Veeam, MS Office 2010-365 and working knowledge of Windows SQL, IIS7.5, call center management and operations.
