I am a Studio QA Director with a project management background. I have a demonstrated history of excellent customer service delivery in games publishing, games services, and other disciplines. I am a strong team leader, with a business strategy track record in QA, translation services, people management, games localization quality assurance (from AAA to Indie, Casual, and Mobile Games), and am broadly familiar with all localization and gaming vendor services. Having worked in leadership positions in QA, Localization and the Games Services industry for more than 15 years, I have a firm understanding of the pressures and pain points of working within a fast-paced, challenging, and competitive environment. Having been the connector between vendor management, sales, and operations, as well being accountable for the overall quality of the output of a 200 person-strong department, I am quick to find what is required; be it for new business, or for owning, proactively seeking out, and dealing with issues.I am a Project Management Professional having gained the certification through the Project Management Institute in 2017, and renewing in 2020. Together with my experience in leading projects large and small, and managing teams of project managers, and a portfolio with project lead teams I am accustomed to adapting and facing any kind of new challenge.
