During my time working as an Operations Specialist at Tiktak, a new generation car rental company under the Hedef Filo umbrella, I was responsible for managing the field team, tracking vehicle damage, breakdowns, and accident situations, and addressing customer feedback received from the call center by directing the field team to inspect the vehicles. Additionally, I prepared and submitted end‐of‐day and KPI reports to the department manager.

Creating contracts for corporate companies where agreements are made based on feedback from the field team, preparing additional protocols, and making adjustments regarding article modifications. Conducting stock control for requests and managing the tracking processes of new vehicles ordered as per requests in the reconciliation files. Conducting research for new customers and coordinating customer visits in connection with the sales team. Uploading necessary financial documents for new customers, such as detailed balances and circulars, into the relevant ERP system. Performing preliminary internal controls on incoming signed contracts and transferring the relevant documents to the internal control main unit.
