-Being accountable for analyzing manufacturing losses and finding proper ways for effective follow-up-Analyzing production performance and preparing/developing dashboard to address main losses -Coordinating Work Processes Improvement initiatives while engaging all functions in zero loss mindset -Acting as a power user in MOM system while ensuring smooth operation between production and warehouse in material management-Leading reject rate & material waste improvement studies by strongly collaborating with production department-Involved in problem-solving sessions of production cell organizations with analysis supported by accurate data-Providing major support during Annual Strategic Planning period with sensitive data analysis and executive presentations -Support through IWS requirements to contribute to Compelling Business Needs of the factory by qualifying in relative management systems and tools

- Reporting operational performance metrics, preparing procedure documents.- Leading 5S implementation.- Preparing instructional documentation and giving necessary trainings. - Improvements of processes with Kaizen implementations, time measurements ect.- Preparing macro files and dashboard reports on excel for the process that can’t be analyzed through Canias.

-Root cause analyses, determining the actions and following the implementation of the actions directly or as a team member.- Determining daily QRQC meeting agendas, following the actions determined in meeting ensuring effective implementation and managing the meetings. -Following the quality process performance indicators, to carry out and follow the improvement studies.-Following scraps and blocked stock numbers, preparing weekly reports.-Working with blue collar Quality team (10 people).

- Improving Quality System.-Installing, using and controling automated quality system.-Analyse and report quality defects.-Guide to improve processes and reduce costs.-Participating in and leading 5S studies.- Lead the Manufacturing Execution System project that includes creating factory’s own software.-Working with blue collar Quality team. (50 people).

Reporting to Production Planning Manager. -Shceduling production plan- Opening Work Orders according to plan-Responsible from production team and production.Also because the factory didn’t has a system to take production data, I created excel vba form and database on excel to trace whole production process from raw materials to packaged cables to informa sales department about the orders and give used material information to quality department daily.

As a member of a project that aims balancing assembly lines. On this purpose, process had been observed.According this observation datas, parallel assembly balancing method and general line balancing method had been chosen. Then possible results had been calculated by group members.
