•Organizing all aspects and controlling all Import & Export operations, for different clients:-Checking and following ETA, connecting with the logistic firms, organizing all the import &export processes before the goods arrive.•Checking and preparing all necessary documents: Invoice, Packing List, ATR, Certificate of Origin (COO),EUR1,Bill of Loading, CMR, FORM A, Insurance, Payment Letters, Producer Certificate, Import & Export declarations, HS Code etc.•Supplying information to the firms including legislation for the goods, specific necessities that the goods may require.•Contacting the international suppliers, supplying information about Turkish regulations before & during import process.•Organizing local transport after the import has been made.•Supporting the sales department by supplying information they may need for possible clients, attending meetings and visiting the new clients with the sales representatives.•Preparing monthly reports for the clients, archiving all necessary documents.•Preparing and checking the export declarations including documents before the goods are exported, sending the documents to the logistic firms or international parties.•Contacting the logistics firms, supplying the “best price” rates to the client.•Confirming & sharing details with the international parties about the clearance process.•Cooperating with the customs officers when details are needed in order to complete the process as promised to the client.

•Tracking the goods, following ETA, checking import documents informing the trading firm if any other necessary documents are needed in advance.•Preparing import & export declarations for customs clearance.•Checking all the regulation requirements, including documentation, legislation,tax rates, possible extra control or analysis at the customs.•Supplying specific information to the client for the goods that are planned to be imported for the first time.•Organizing domestic logistics until the goods arrive to the final destination.
