Marketing Content Manager

Develop, maintain, and improve all corporate internal and external content to include: website, internal marketing, internal announcements/newsletters, external email campaigns, blogs, white papers, contractual documents, corporate award content, press releases, social media, client presentation materials, proposals, scope of work documents, internal collateral, external collateral. Research and develop material that spans the healthcare industry, to include: personal research and market analysis; interviewing and working with practice leadership related to EHR transformation, legislative changes, emerging trends, etc.; working with clients to submit and develop industry presentations. Collaborate with internal departments (Human Resources, Client Services, Talent Acquisition, Service Line Leadership, etc.) to strategically produce high-quality mixed-delivery materials that convey messages that resonate with the intended audience, whether internal team members, existing clients, new clients, or partners, Continues to perform all responsibilities under previous Marketing Coordinator position.
