Access and Inclusion Program Director at the Long Island Children's Museum. Beth Ann has worked in the Museum field for the past 8 years. She acquired the position as the Access and Inclusion Manager at LICM in the summer of 2016. In this position Beth Ann manages new program development, creates adaptations and accommodations for existing programming and exhibits, ensures ADA compliance and conducts staff sensitivity training. She develops programming that concentrates on the LGBTQIA community, and all other matters that involve diversity, access and inclusion. Additionally, Beth Ann has presented at numerous national-recognized conferences such as, the American Alliance of Museums, the Association of Children's Museums, the New York City Museum Educator Roundtable, and the Leadership Exchange in the Arts and Disability and has reviewed grants in numerous areas.Beth Ann is certified in New York in Childhood Education and Students with Disabilities.
