About Brad Banfill

At BSE, we provide equipment for removing harmful fumes from manufacturing processes to provide a better working evironment and to keep harmul contaminants out of the air we breathe. We have solutions featuring Purex Fume Extraction for Laser Processing, Electronics assembly and manufacturing and many other industries where particulate and vapors are created and cause adverse effects on those working around them. I believe customer service is more about company foundation and fundamentals. A company built on strong business practices, effective communication skills, good internal coaching and mentoring, along with a culture of continuous improvement and quality will produce a high level of customer satisfaction with little effort! My goals are to help build on that foundation to maintain a deep customer focused organization which will result in long term customer satisfaction.
