• Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists, below the hook devicesand other lifting devices.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairingequipment as needed.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions;suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending systemimprovements.
• Service overhead crane systems by performing quality installations; performingOSHA/ANSI equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work;troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance.

-Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at varied customer locations, as directed. Be available “on call” as part of service office rotation and provide afterhours service, as required.-Conduct on-site electrical, mechanical, structural and electronic troubleshooting to determine cause for equipment.
