In a similar yet more strategic role, manage multiple direct programs (conduct, empowerment, assessment) while overseeing the suite of student engagement offices (Residential Education, Student Activities & Orientation, and Sustainability) and Health and Wellness centers (Hubbs Health Center, Counseling Center, psychiatry, and AOD). Directly manage COVID-19 testing, policy enforcement, and dashboard maintenance. Serve the Colleges-wide Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Strategic Planning Committee.

For a campus of 2,200 undergraduate students, supervise the suite of Student Engagement offices and departments, inclusive of the offices of Sustainability, Student Activities (Orientation, Greek Life, and Campus Activities), Residential Education, the HWS Farm, LGBTQ+ Resource Center,Intercultural Affairs, HEOP and Alcohol and Other Drugs Prevention and Treatment. Coordinate the Student Conduct processes, divisional staff development and learning outcome/operational outcome assessment, Connect-The-Dots Retention Initiative, Bias Incident Reporting Team, CARE/BIT Teams, Students of Concern group, and the Personal Empowerment Institute. Implement and assess direct programming initiatives, such as 4-day Orientation, #ThisIsHWS, and the LGBTQ+ Resource Center.
