Provide IT consulting and support for local SMB’s covering a wide range professional fields such as • Multi-Family General Contractors• Master Plumbing Trades• Commercial/Retail General Contractors• Residential Roofing • Residential General Contractors • Chiropractic Medicine

- Design, Implement and administrator the corporate IdP (OneLogin) while adhering to all hitrust, fedramp and ISO governance requirements.- Migrate existing applications from other IdPs (Okta) in an effort to solidify the enterprise into a single IAM platform.- Integrate corporate HRIS as source of truth into IdP for zero touch onboarding and off-boarding workflows.

• Lead systems engineer in the infrastructure design for the Katerra server\storage\virtualization components.• Responsible for identifying technologies and infrastructure requirements related to storage, compute, backups and software products• Analysis VMware infrastructures and storage environments performance for issues and provide recommendations to Operations Team• Operational coverage includes VMware, Servers (Physical\Virtual)(Windows\Linux), IaaS (AWS), storage systems and Veeam Backups.• Domain Administration overseeing the entire AD (Active Directory), AZURE AD, DHCP, DNS, PKI, DFS and CA environment• Design, Implement and Support Corporate MDM/MCX/EMM Solution , leveraging Apple’s APN, DEP and VPP technologies• Design, Implement and administrator the corporate IDP & PAM Solution (OneLogin, Azure AD, Thycotic Secret Server) to integrate SAML for SSO Applications• Perform quarterly VMWare host patching, utilizing Virtual Center Update Manager• Maintain and monitor VMWare environment utilizing System Center & Veeam• Travel to remote sites for onsite equipment roll outs, upgrades and replacement

Originally hired to help oversee the Proserv NSA (North and South America) network growth and configuration due to current corporate acquisitions and mergers. I helped oversee and manage a global network and network devices in a full Cisco environment. Due to network growth and needs I completed the project of resubnetting the entire NSA network to allow for future needs and mergers. I also incorporated all NSA offices into a single Cisco Call Manager and traveled to branch sites for on-site support and roll-outs on an as needed basis. As projects began to slow down I undertook the role of managing all software licenses, support contracts and renewals. I also managed all corporate mobile devices and accounts as well as implemented the corporate MDM infrastructure. When one of the more busier business units needed to improve their CAD environment and workflow I implemented and supported their AutoCAD vaulting system.

Being hired by RSA Corp had me move from Dallas to the Houston area to help grow their small MSP business unit. While contracted by RSA corp I was brought on as NOC Engineer level II and helped field all support calls into their remote help desk for all MSP clients. I also assisted with client projects from design to rollout of infrastructure needs. I would also travel to client sites for on-site support on an as needed basis. If needed I would also perform system rebuilds of desktop, laptops, severs and networks. Actively participated in the after-hours/ on-call engineers’ staff rotation.

Provided a flat fee support service to over 65+ MSP clients throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex as well as their remote office throughout the country. Played and essential role in the help desk work flow process as well as handled all escalated support calls/tickets across multiple network/server environments. Help plan and execute the design, build-out and relocation of the Architel Data Center. Administered Architel’s hosted Anti-virus/Patch Management Service. Leveraged staff to monitor clients’ networks minute-by-minute by a 24x7x365 NOC. Monitored thousands of end-points including routers, switches, servers, telephone and video surveillance systems. Actively participated in the after-hours/on-call engineers’ staff rotation.
