With more than forty-five years in the practice of law, together with my trusted law partners, we formed BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, LLC in 1999, in order to provide efficient, effective, constructive and professional dispute resolution services for a variety of industries. Throughout my career, I have been involved in complex litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction, employment law, products liability, as well as in many other areas where legal disputes arise. I use my many years of experience as a litigation/trial attorney and mediator/arbitrator to provide to all parties neutral, impartial, constructive and relevant perspectives on what a potential jury would take into consideration and find to be important in arriving at a verdict.
