Upon completion of the Five Point acquisition (see below), I joined EY as an equity partner and assumed a leadership role that included overseeing more than 100 consultants in North America and the Philippines. Worked primarily with mid-market utilities in the public sector to transform their business processes through the design, build and deployment of core enterprise software systems. Specialized in customer information systems (CIS), enterprise asset management systems (EAM), work management systems, geographic information systems (GIS) and ERP systems. Specific expertise in the use and deployment of SaaS and emerging cloud computing technologies.

Five Point was a provider of technology-enabled consulting services to companies operating in the utility, mining and transportation industries. Five Point provided its clients with advisory, implementation and managed services for complex enterprise software systems. Five Point had over 250 employees operating in North America, Australia and the Philippines and 65 global clients.-As one of two co-founders, served at various times as CFO, CTO and COO-Architect of our internal IT systems which were all cloud-based; implemented Netsuite ERP globally-Leadership responsibility for our Manila Development Center-Completed three acquisitions; TMG Consulting (2009), Turnpoint Solutions (2012), EP2M (2013)-Raised subordinated debt to fund acquisitions-Established international offices in Australia, Philippines and Chile-Sold Five Point to Ernst & Young in 2014 through a competitive process

Upon completion of the Capstone acquisition (see below), assumed a generalist operations role with responsibility for integrating the acquisition and coordinating a reorganization within the Transaction Services Division.
