- Led team of engineers, designers, and draftspersons in a productive, efficient, and healthy environment- Managed full design of $500 million “1000 MW Ultra-supercritical coal fired Manjung power plant” project from proposal to project completion and achieved operation targets, technical aspects, authorities’ approvals, datelines, pre-determined costs, and ISO requirements. This challenging project included over 100 heavy duty steel and concrete buildings, infrastructures, extreme-span pipe supports, stormwater and wastewater related structures, and pile/mat foundations - Led design and contract verification of $7 billion MRT project including 24 train stations’ structures, 10 ancillary buildings, rail supporting structure, and parkades as owner engineer- Designed a 20-story residential building, 2 LRT ancillary buildings, and 5 municipal projects- Prepared proposals, business development strategies, and managed milestone claim, man-hour operation cost estimation, contract documents, and reviewed minutes of project meetings and letters

- Designed three 30-37 story residential-commercial towers achieved all the target datelines and reviewers’ approvals- Initiated a feasibility study on a 25 story hotel proposing the core lift walls as lateral resistant structure- Created and implemented several spreadsheets for structural analysis and design
