My background includes over 17 years of portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and disposition experience. I have been the portfolio manager for more than $4 billion in assets totaling more than 20 million square feet, including 228 office, industrial, retail, medical office and residential properties. I have successfully repositioned 89 properties valued at more than $2.3 billion, managed the disposition of institutional assets valued at more than $700 million and the acquisition of more than $500 million.My duties as an asset manager focused on performance reporting for several large real estate portfolios within the United States, including such major markets as New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. These responsibilities include monitoring the financial performance and reporting on assets, managing and coordinating selected service providers, annual budgeting, identifying and implementing asset enhancement initiatives, and the underwriting and due diligence of prospective acquisitions.
Some of my accomplishments include managing the transition of over 15 million square feet of properties into client portfolios, supervising more than 100 property managers, brokers and third party providers, overseeing development projects valued in excess of $1 billion, and raising more than $200 million in investment capital from institutional clients.I hold an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
