With the following responsibilies:- New product development to meet customer needs and drive profitable customer relationships- Effective and active portfolio management across all stages of the product lifecycle from launch, growth, maintenance and decline/rejuvenation- Ownership of well researched foreign exchange, cards and access strategies and business cases to drive acquisition along with existing member re-purchase and retention. - Development of value propositions and product and pricing bundles to meet the needs of members and new customers and achieve business objectives- Development and implementation of pricing strategies (margin and NII) to achieve customer and portfolio growth targets- Contribution to the development, management and achievement of sales and income budgets for products- Target market and lead/enquiry opportunity identification, strategy development and management across all segments for new customer acquisition, re-purchase and retention- Identification and management of information requirements, including external market research (consumer, market, region, industry, competitor, best practice) - Establishing networks with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate information sharing and cross functional achievement of business objectives- Ownership of the ongoing management and engagement with key external providers (e.g. Western Union, Travelex, Cuscal) including ensuring appropriate performance measures are in place- Developing, leading and managing direct reports within this team.
