My advocacy extended to assisting high school graduates with university applications and supporting non-English-speaking carers, ensuring they had better access to essential resources.In my role, I developed accessible support resources, including holiday programs, day workshops, and recruitment events, to strengthen the support provided by Carer Gateway structures. One of my most fulfilling projects was creating a workshop focused on goal setting, mental health, and mindfulness—vital life skills for those in caring roles.
