As Vice president I am responsible for leading the charge in asset management, emergency services, technical supervision, budget control, and facilities operations for 104 Health & wellness centers across 6 states. Our teams manage all day to day facility operations including health, safety, & fire, equipment repairs & maintenance, vendor relations for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, & structural. Responsible for providing direction and over sight to Sr Technicians & Regional Vice presidents across the organization to drive performance and achieve our goal of clean, crisp, grand opening ready locations 24/7.

As the Facilities Operations Manager I am responsible for bringing the brand promise to life through excellence in all facets of asset management for the HICV brand.My position serves as a guest advocate and key advisor to the General Manager and leads some or all of the operations of maintenance engineering, facilities maintenance, grounds, housekeeping partnership, fleet, warehouse and/or laundry departments.Other responsibilities include. As a technical supervisor I lead a team of technicians across two states and over 70 health and wellness centers to ensure all equipment and facilities are managed in accordance with the core values and standards of United PF.Perform daily activities within assigned territory as needed to support the needs of the business.Provide support to all technicians with complex troubleshooting for equipment repairs.Act as liaison to landlords, property management, for repairs and issues requiring their attentionMaintain solid working relationship with field leaders to create a partnership to best support the region and o quickly resolve maintenance and equipment issues.Coordinate vendor contact when necessary for the territory and follow-up on all vendor disputes as needed.Monitor all spare parts inventories to ensure availability for high consumables parts is a priority.
