On-Site and remote technical consulting for small to large business clients. Systems analysis for new configurations using test beds and honey pots under Windows, Linux and TCP/IP infrastructures. Residual maintenance for clients to assure customer uptime which includes resolving issues, or implementation of new peripherals, devices, computers, servers, networking equipment, and applications. Telecommunications with live customers to assist in simple to advanced technical support requests.

Provide help desk support for 500+ users while ensuring proper maintenance of user workstations, printers, and peripherals. Maintain system up-time by resolving hardware and software issues, installing operating systems, applications, and drivers. Provide local and remote support to users within the domain. Provide maintenance to Active Directory accounts, Exchange Server accounts, as well as maintenance to user roaming profiles.
