Using RPA (Robotic Process Automation), primarily developed in Python, build unattended, autonomous solutions that drive the frontend / UI of legacy healthcare data platforms for customers migrating to HealthData Archiver. Typical workflow includes retrieval of patient records; compilation, rendering, or other extraction of the necessary documents; and output to modern, portable formats for web based delivery. Solutions deployed vary from 5 to upwards of 20 robots working 24 / 7 / 365 until all documents are retrieved, output, and validated. Human workers doing the same would take thousands of hours, cost hundreds of thousands in wages, and commit an untold number of errors / omissions. Internally the RPA team develops and supports automation platforms to facilitate the ETL (extraction, transformation, and load) of discreet data from customers' databases, and helps solve high volume, unique data challenges that would otherwise be unmanageable without machine processing.
