• Management of 140 people as well as about ten subcontracting companies in an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001-certified environment.• In charge of Reduction as well as Fume Treatment Plant (FTP)• Production capacity of 130.000 t/y (AP32 and AP40 pots)• Sensitive social environment: social plan in 2010 and uncertainty as for the sustainability of the site. • Operating budget of approx. 3 M€.• Management of several projects of investment from 10 k€ to 2 M€ (safety, productivity). • Management of the deployment of the LEAN methods within the department.• 500.000 working hours without any occupational accident within the department.

• Production capacity of 4.000 t/y• Management of 35 people: R&D, production and maintenance. • Development budget of approx. 15 M€. • Close interface with the commercial department "Technologies Sales". • Development and validation of two new technologies intended for the industrialization of AP50 and AP60 (Jonquière project – Canada – with first metal in January 2013). • 4 years without any occupational accident within the department.

• Management of more than 20 facilities projects with production by electrolysis: chlorine, sodium chlorate…• Management of 30 people in international context.
