I'm a problem solver, always looking for complex problems and weak points to improve in order to make processes (and myself) more productive and efficient. For me, changing environments and conditions don’t mean obstacles but challenges. My problem solving skill and my motivation works the best when an area or a task is less pre-defined and there is room for creative problem solution. I achieve my goals by employing a less fixed way of thinking, which lets new ideas and solutions appear, sometimes outside the ordinary framework.I believe that I can say about myself that I have a growth mindset, learning new things has always been a priority for me.
