Implementation of 'Miles', an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management. 'Miles' is an end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back-office functions that can be customized to customer needs. Projects have a duration of 6 months to 3 years, with a budget of approximately € 800K - € 4M. I am part of a multidisciplinary project team consisting of business consultants and developers.

Successfully managing project delivery within allocated time and budget constraints to develop and deploy TV and video applications across diverse platforms, such as mobile phones, tablets, web, set-top boxes, Smart TVs, Roku, and game consoles.

Implementation and operation of On Demand Content Tools and Systems; including Content Management Systems, UI Management tools, Metadata systems, Recommendations Engine, non-linear Metadata QA tools and TV App processes. Contract negotiation, SLA management, planning and budgeting resulting in a 20% improvement in content delivery efficiency and a 25% reduction in operational costs.

Scale up of VoD operations to new platforms and eight countries, introduced HD titles and ramped up content delivery by a factor of eight. Managed the Editorial team to optimise operational content and services, leading to a 30% increase in content engagement. Managed the centralised playout of 45 promo channels in seven countries. Defined processes and recommended system upgrades.

Built up a cross-discipline team to test, launch and support iTV Services to cable TV and Satellite TV customers across Europe.
