Bryce is a fitness professional who focuses on functional training and human performance with a specialty in golf fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine with over ten years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with both competitive amateur and high school golfers. Bryce was a collegiate swimmer for the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Academic All-American, Hawaii state record holder, and has trained alongside multiple Olympians. He has also studied under world-class athletes including big-wave surfer Laird Hamilton, professional volleyball player Gabby Reese, and human performance specialist PJ Nestler. His approach to golf fitness is to optimize a player’s functional abilities related to golf specific skills. Identifying areas of opportunity and developing those areas leads to enhanced performance. Bryce places special emphasis on designing programs that respect the golfer’s body, in particular developing safe routines that are mindful of the golfer’s back and spine.
