• Install, configure and maintain Dash Open Phone systems• Continue to execute Connecting Point responsibilities(NMIS was a Connecting Point spin-off sister company)

• Install, configure and service Novell NetWare, Windows NT and peer-to-peer computer networks in businesses and schools • Deliver, install, configure and service computer servers, workstations, printers, network wiring, network hubs and switches• Provide in-store and on-site service along with phone support of computer hardware and software

• Repair proprietary networked point-of-sale computer and printing equipment• Coordinate labor and resources required for field installations and upgrades• Travel to client sites to manage installations, configure/program equipment and train personnel• Supply phone support in service call center
