I founded LX Group (formerly ITSS) with a team of apprenticeship experts to help build the expertise of the apprenticeship training sector, so that they can focus on what they do best – train apprentices. We are privileged to work with providers who focus on delivering life-changing learning experiences and to whom high quality training matters. We do not train their apprentices for them (we’ve done our time on that!), however we share all of our experience, practical information and best practice methodologies to enable them to train with confidence. We work with providers who know their stuff and know how to train. What they often don’t know is how to navigate through the complex world of apprenticeships. The mysterious, unknown world of apprenticeships has bewildered many, but we are here - in person and ‘virtually’ (via our ground-breaking LX Digital online learning platform) - to show new/emerging and struggling providers and employer providers how to step-up to the implementation challenge. Achieving high quality implementation is not easy, however we simplify everything for you, using our unique, industry-leading apprenticeship training provider business model (Spectrum-39™ - a ‘blueprint’ of 39 key areas required for all providers to be operational). We will work with you to implement a full apprenticeship training infrastructure or improve an existing one. Our Core Services: 1. LX Digital – our ground-breaking, online learning platform 2.
