I am a partner, insurance advisor and co-founder of Noble Insurance Advisors. My insurance career began in 2003 and over that time I have gained valuable experience on the underwriting side as well has the agency side. My focus is on sharing what I have learned over the years to educate my clients on the best ways to lower their overall cost of risk. By educating businesses on proper risk management and risk transfer techinques, it empowers them to control the price of their property & casualty insurance, bonding program, risk management program and their overall cost of risk. I also use utilize several risk financing mechanisms from standard (guaranteed cost) market programs, retrospective programs, structuring of group captives & micro (831(b)) captives to large deductible & self insured programs.While working with all types of business, I have also developed an understanding of the nuances involved in properly insuring and managing the risks of Churches and other Religious Organizations.
