With over 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I have led and delivered multiple successful ASIC and FPGA products in various domains, such as high-speed Ethernet, networking, security, storage, and video.I have built and managed a highly skilled and motivated team of 120+ ASIC engineers from scratch as the director of engineering at SION Semiconductors. I have extensive hands-on experience in pre-silicon verification, RTL design, and FPGA prototyping, as well as in working with cell library design, PAR, STA, DFT teams, and foundries. I have also worked closely with global customers and partners, such as Google, Huddly, Chelsio, Broadcom, IP Video Systems, Fortinet, and Barco, to deliver high-quality and high-performance products.
