An accounting graduate, Bintu's career in human resources commenced in 2007 at HR Indexx Limited, a leading human resources, recruitment and training company where she was involved in recruitment and placement, outsourcing, payroll management and coordination of various training programmes. She thereafter joined Alpha Learning in 2009 as Learning Executive (Learning and Development) and brought her professional skills to bear in various roles.Between 2009-2013, she was solely responsible for managing several HR audit initiatives as well as managing the delivery of wide range of bespoke training programmes.An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN), HRPL.
