Jumio is the leader in automated and hybrid Identity Verification, eKYC, and AML using AI/ML, biometrics, liveness detection and analytics. I was hired to expand and mature Jumio's global business ops and was then tasked with building new BI capabilities to enable data-driven decision making across the business. I also owned the Workforce Management function and was responsible for allocation and scheduling for 2000 operations staff employed by a subsidiary.Project Highlights:• Built a 40+ member BI team that delivered >100 self-service dashboards, transformed a SQL-based Data Warehouse/Lake/Lakehouse and ETL to cloud, and delivered predictive forecasting models using AI and ML with +-5% accuracy. Resulted in 100x employee data usage in year 1. • Led multimillion-dollar project to secure a new near-shore expansion location for 300+ employees.• Built IT team that achieved five-nines availability for global IT infrastructure used for real time processing across differing AWS regions and availability zones.• Identified a support gap and built a new global tech support team providing real-time 24/7/365 support to 2000 ops staff and 1000 Jumio employees. • Let effort to transition 2000 ops staff working in a high-security on-site environment to work from home and partnered with operations, infosec and auditors to maintain critical certifications after transition.• Led efforts to implement AWS Workspaces to ensure operations team was fully functional 5 days after lockdowns.• Instituted multiple governance bodies and documented processes for compliance and quality purposes, helping enable PCI DSS L1 and ISO 27001 certifications.

TruePosition was a pioneer in terrestrial based high accuracy geolocation technology for determining the precise location of mobile devices for E911/E112 and intelligence markets. TruePositon was acquired by Skyhook Wireless in 2014 and then Qualcomm in 2022.In this role I oversaw product management and strategy for TruePosition’s international business as a report to the CTO/CRO, with products that included mission critical software and systems for enterprise and government customers for communication surveillance and intelligence, critical infrastructure protection and border security. Project Highlights:• Developed product concept, development, and GTM of Location Intelligence Management Systems that resulted in patents and contracts valued at over $35m. Managed key customer relationships and traveled to 35+ countries. • Managed technical relationship for a $100m domestic account for several years.

During this time I consulted to Fortune 500 companies on business process improvement and compliance. Project work included re-engineering and documenting processes for IT, product management, quality control and compliance. I also provided technical due diligence and business planning consultation to angel investors on investment opportunities both domestically and internationally.

At L-3 I led all product marketing and management functions for the Primewave division as a report to L-3's President. My work included collaborations with a division President and corporate management in strategic planning and M&A, including developing VAR and SI partnerships with international companies. My management responsibilities included oversight for remote and local teams of pre-sales staff responsible for bids and proposals, product marketing, and product management. I also partnered with corporate to establish export and FCPA compliance for division, and served as the division's Export Compliance Officer. Work during this time resulted in multiple patents.
