Until Canadian Business magazine folded in December, I was its main investing writer, contributing several features to each magazine and to its website. In 2013, I came up with the idea to create an annual investing magazine. I helped develop and plan its content, I wrote most of the book (for the first two years, but continued to contribute features after.

Oversaw MoneySense.ca and PROFITguide.com and worked on Canadianbusiness.com. Was one of the lead editors on the MoneySense web redesign and looked after its homepage and other channels. I was the lead editor on many of MoneySense's projects, including Best Places to Live and the Top 500 U.S. Stocks list and worked closely with print staff to get stories.

UR (now called Connected) is a custom tech/entertainment magazine for Rogers Wireless customers. Worked closely with the editor to develop story ideas, oversaw most of the magazine's music content, edited and wrote features and worked with art to come up with photo shoot concepts.

Rogers trade publication for financial advisors. Wrote investment news stories and features and edited columnists and other contributors.

Helped edit a custom tech and small business magazine for Rogers Wireless' small business customers. One of two editors who launched the magazine. We won three silver Pearl Awards in 2011 for Best New Launch, Best Overall Editorial and Best Overall Design.

In a previous life I was a music journalist. I had a weekly column in Metro News, one of Canada's largest newspapers, and contributed to several other music mags and websites, including Chart Magazine, Under the Radar, XLR8TR, Exclaim and Toronto's alt. weekly NOW.
