External officer for the Azia-Pacific (DAO) track of the The West Wing 2022-2023. This is a think tank created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands for students and young professionals in order to provide the Ministry with creative and innovative ideas on current policy questions and challenges. The main objective of this year’s DAO track is to seek innovative solutions to climate change problems in the Indo-Pacific region.

SIB Amsterdam (officially Dutch United Nations Student Association) is the student association for all students enthusiastic about IR related topics. As the Chair of SIB Amsterdam I am responsible for everything that happens within the four imaginary walls of the association. The Chair plans and leads the board meetings during which matters related to SIB are discussed. Finally, the Chair is the face of the association and represents the board both internally and externally. In my role of Chair of SIB Amsterdam, I will work hard to improve youth empowerment and education within the association, as well as making sure that the association is inclusive and welcome for everyone.
