Perform clerical and administrative duties for all senior level management including complex calendar management and travel arrangements.Event planning & meeting coordination Maintain facility vendor contracts and relationships.Coordinate office shipments through FedEx and UPS. Support the Surety & Litigation VerticalsMaintain office supply inventoryMaintain Health & Safety standardsClaim intake for the Construction, Surety and Property Casualty verticalsHR support - On boarding new staff; training in office operations - Expense preparation and submission - Timesheet review and submission
