My first job out of college. I have to admit, the responsibilities given to me during this time were not exactly what I was looking for in a job. I wanted to maintain servers, dive into the IT Security realm, and install applications! Everyone has to start somewhere though, right? The programming part of my job was the one thing that kept me interested. I liked the logical thought process and the interaction with people from different parts of the company that this gave me. This was my very first "IT" job. I remember being so excited to get this as I viewed this job as a way to prepare myself for the real world. When I was hired as a Computer Help Desk Assistant, I was forced to quit one of my four other jobs. A poor college student had to earn money somehow, right? My solution was to have four jobs at once. Of course coffee was my BFF during this time.
