I was Customer Support Manager for the 'Oracle Enterprise Manager' product in Europe and the Middle-East. Leading the EMEA support team. Besides that I had the Global responsibility for three product area's within 'Enterprise Manager'. These product area's were related to monitoring applications, websites and load testing.Just after Oracle took over.

At Logica I maintained and controlled the ITIL processes within the Global Service Delivery organization delivering Managed IT Services to global customers. To guarantee a high quality of service ITIL processes were introduced. My role was to asses if these processes were working as planned and where to make changes if needed. I also did incident analysis.

I developed web-applications for the real-estate market. The main products were a content management system allowing brokers to present the properties online without needing technical knowledge, an interface between their website and the the NVM database, and a text-messaging interface offering people to retrieve information about a property for sale.In.
