• Assist with the set-up of new users, trials, and other accounts.• Data Imports; downloading information, XML Imports, as well as manual input, etc...• Spanish Translations of resource files using Team Foundation Server and VS Express.• Interactive product testing of software and other products to identify issues including but not limited to assembling screenshots and identifying missing information.• Maintenance of email lists, companies, and contacts in database.• Conduct Software Demos and Trainings for new prospects and clients.• Creating Start up Guides (English/Spanish)• Customer Service Inquiries• Creating and Editing Videos using the Camtasia Software• Basic HTML/CSS• Assist with all other administrative tasks as requested.
