Led several technology teams within the Bank’s Technology Delivery division. Involved in the direct support of software development and maintenance of critical internal and external Federal Reserve Bank and National IT applications.Responsible for an internal effort to reduce/eliminate the large amount of technical debt in order to decrease the level of risk to the organization and increase the resiliency of our systems. This included building the initial list that catalogues all the IT technical debt, building dashboard reporting to help track progress as well as working directly with the IT engineers to carry out the work necessary for the remediation of this risk.

Instrumental in evaluating, choosing and implementing the use of a 3rd party partner to cover all off-hour, first-level DBA support calls. Led the successful Oracle 10g upgrade effort for Delta Air Lines. This effort involved coordinating and planning the upgrades of more than 200 Oracle instances that supported more than 250 applications in a heavily consolidated environment. Due to the looming de-support date for the previous version, this project involved added pressure and was highly visible across the organization.
