Education & Hospitality SectorsMentors and supervises junior staff members on documentation standards through redlines, BIM techniques, and quality control procedures. Interacts with clients and contractors to facilitate the design process, manages expectations and satisfaction in order to deliver timely documentation for construction. Participates in business development, talent acquisition for brand recognition and growth opportunities. Leads project teams' efforts on projects of varying scale from inception to completion. Composes project schedules, tracks milestones and staffing requirements working directly with associate and principal leaders to facilitate project requirements.

Works in tandem with principal and associate architects to create, design, and manage projects in the hospitality sector. Oversees and mentors junior staff to develop and hone design skills. Attends project meetings with clients and contractors, conducts site visits, and other administrative duties that are involved in managing a project under construction. Leads project design meetings with clients, and provides feedback on conceptual and schematic designs in the office.

Collaborates directly with Project and Principal Architects to facilitate designs on multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously. Handles much of the Construction Administration duties for ongoing projects. Facilitates Projects as Job Captain between Client & Contractor, attends job meetings, create project estimates & schedules, manage project staffing, create full marketing proposals in response to RFPs.

Working directly with a professional engineer - my responsibilities include taking projects from schematic design all the way through construction documents. Successfully have met stringent deadlines through working extra hours and some weekends in order to bring the project to a satisfactory point.
