- Responsible for processing RFP and negotiated accounts into GDS- GDS Queue Management- Implemented ticketing system for distribution team- Assist with Team on Brand Promotions with partners- Hotel Database Builds and Maintenance- Ticket/Task Team Assignment- Opera PMS Database Management- Consult on channel best practices for optimal exposure and sales.- Spearhead Case Management within the RLH Distribution team to create a single center of excellence ensuring our support process is efficient, effective, and relevant for our stakeholders and Distribution team members.- Develop and maintain a complete and accurate repository of training material and documentation.- Assist with various aspects of the development, creation, activation, initiatives and maintenance of hotels in any or all RLH CRS systems and other distribution channels- Read, process, and respond to questions and requests for assistance in the Distribution & Channel Management queues• Act as a Case Manager, assigning tasks and case work amongst the team and ensure items are being handled in a timely manner.- Sponsor success by running and assisting with distribution projects and promoting change- Maintain connectivity and integrity of all systems related to RLH CRS Systems, including but not limited to – CRS Systems, PMS Systems, OTA Connections, RMS Connections, CRM Connections, EDW Connections and RLH’s Booking Engine- Assist in the daily administrative tasks of Distribution as they are assigned.- Monitor connectivity to OTA and Channel Managers to ensure functionality

Bachelor’S Degree, Hospitality Administration/Hotel Management
