Responsible for assisting Project Manager plan, schedule, organize, direct, control & evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, plans, specifications and budget.

Prepare detailed proposals in accordance to structural & architectural drawings for jobs ranging from custom residences to large scale commercial & industrial projects. Work closely with project managers and detailers reviewing job specifics, scheduling, materials & quantity take-offs. Routinely follow-up with bidding contractors to solidify our position in the market.
