Joint Asymmetric Threat Awareness and Counter-IED (JATAC) Forward Operations Manager for CJTF Paladin & IJC C-IED Cell, Afghanistan. Managed over 500 C-IED training missions, for 20,000+ US and Coalition service members and civilians.- Managed the personal development training, scheduling, and reporting of 24 C-IED Mobile Training Team (MTT) instructors, 2 IED Training Aid Fabricators, and 1 Fusion Cell Analyst. - Coordinated, booked, tracked, and reported movement of all MTT missions. - Provided direction, guidance and support to JATAC and Special Operations C-IED Awareness Course-Afghanistan (SOCAC-A) curriculum development and update efforts. - Provided weekly, and monthly training statistics, trend analysis, and training recommendations.- Identified the requirement for, and coordinated, directed, and reviewed the development of 2 x Special Operations Forces (SOF)-specific, C-IED training courses.- Successfully planned, coordinated, and executed numerous facets of the mission’s retrograde operations from Afghanistan; directing, scheduling, deconflicting, and tracking the phased drawdown of contractors while maintaining mission effectiveness to contract end date.

Primary JATAC Forward instructor responsible for the research, development, and execution of CJTF Paladin’s “Special Operations Counter-IED Awareness Course – Afghanistan” (SOCAC-A). - Wrote 7 of 9 classes, and 3 of 5 SOCAC-A practical exercises. Coordinated and provided input to all other course classes and practical exercises.- Coordinated and executed armed, C-IED MTT missions to remote Special Forces, SEAL, and MARSOC compounds to provide SOCAC-A and other requested C-IED training.

CONUS-based MTT Instructor responsible for providing pre-deployment counterinsurgency (COIN), Attack the Network (AtN), and Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) training to conventional and SOF personnel, in support of the Joint IED Defeat Organization’s (JIEDDO) Joint Asymmetric Threat Awareness and Counter-IED (JATAC) program.- Developed and coordinated training plans with training audience leadership.- Provided COIN, WTI, and AtN instruction for more than 20 Mobile Training Team missions. - Researched open source and classified networks to ensure relevancy and correctness of course curriculum.

Performed Operations and Intelligence fusion activities in support of the CJTF Paladin CJ-7 (Training). Duties included but were not limited to; - Answering Counter-IED related Requests for Information (RFI) from a myriad of conventional and SOF units, as well as various military Centers of Excellence, CJTF Paladin staff, and A-T Solutions cadre and leadership.- Conducting Train the Trainer MTTs, in support of the CJSOTF-A Civilian Mine Reduction Program- Developed pre-mission threat assessments for CJTF Paladin MTT missions.

Planned, coordinated, and scripted Advanced Special Operations exercises for various Department of Defense special operations units. Duties included conducting site surveys, developing cost estimates, and deconflicting with local, state, and federal law enforcement. Performed white cell and backside support duties during exercise execution.

Provided special operations exercise development, coordination, and execution support services to numerous U.S. government contracting companies supporting various special operations command's training events, to include: USSOCOM, JSOC & MARSOC. Delivered conventional force exercise support services, to include: counterinsurgency coaching, role player management and support, exercise scripting, and other backside support activities, to US Army and Marine units during their capstone, pre-deployment, training events.

- Responsible for all facets of exercise development, coordination, and execution throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), for exercises affecting USNORTHCOM that include US Special Operations Forces (SOF) participation. Duties include, scenario development, coordinating and conducting site surveys, MSEL development and synchronization, scripting, providing white cell direction and support, and developing, coordinating, and executing Senior Level Seminars for General/Flag Officers and SES level leadership.- Coordinate, negotiate, and develop training objectives and exercise scenarios with the Department of Defense (DoD), the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), various Geographical Combatant Commands (GCC), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its component command, various interagency partners, and foreign governments and militaries to ensure equitable training value for all training audiences.- Ensured that exercise scenarios and injects properly utilize US SOF within the USNORTHCOM area of responsibility.- SOF Plans Coordinator: Assisted in the development and coordination of the SOF portion of USNORTHCOM’s Homeland Defense and Counterterrorism CONPLANs and OPLANs. Coordinated the development of all JCS, GCC, SOCOM and Interagency plans utilizing US SOF in the NORTHCOM AOR.- SOF Training Manager: Developed the Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL) for the USNORTHCOM Special Operations Division. Tracked and reported JMETL training status to the JCS and USNORTHCOM Command Staff.

- Supervised the installation and maintenance, and ensured the reliability of all compound security cameras, and various VSAT IT networks in support of the US State Department’s Karzai Protective Detail, and the U.S. Embassy Protective Detail in Kabul, Afghanistan.- Installed Motorola base stations and repeater systems throughout Afghanistan in support of Afghan National Police development initiatives. - Taught and mentored base station maintenance and troubleshooting techniques and procedures to indigenous Afghan National Police personnel.
