When the team started to grow and I had already fully taken over the Design System tasks, the possibility arose to move to the Design Ops area. That we are not only dedicated to maintaining, improving, and developing the Design System. We also help the team to optimize processes.

I started working in Core Enablers with the Onboarding project. Among my tasks, there was the optimization and creation of user flows in wireframes and, then, in high fidelity.When the UX team began to need to create a Design System to gain consistency, I took the project of the creation of the first UI library, which a few months later would become Equis, the Design System of Naranja X. When Equis started to get a stronger Desing System, with the team, we took on the task of evaluating Figma to optimize the design processes. We made a migration plan and put it into action.

We work in all the products that we have at the Direction: Boti, the City's chatbot, miBA app, and Buenos Aires' login.

Special Projects Unit Mobile CityI focus on UX research & conversation design. I work with Boti, the City’s chatbot of Buenos Aires. Among my tasks is the assembly of conversational flows writing with the voice and tone of the chat, the design of the personality, analyze the “not understood”, metrics and conversations to incorporate or iterate the content as necessary, seek opportunities for improvement, and test with users.

Ministry of Modernization, Innovation, and Technology, Under Secretary of Smart City, General Direction of Digital ManagementMy tasks consisted of analyzing the digital products of the City, detecting opportunities for improvement, doing heuristic analysis of applications, benchmark, writing, and content curation. I also prototyped wireframes in low and medium fidelity and created user flows.
