As a solution architect, I have been responsible for designing and leading large-scale technical solutions that align with business goals and ensure the integration of multiple systems across an enterprise environment.One of my key projects involved the orchestration of the integration between a third-party corporate card provider's system and IBM’s internal platforms, directly impacting over 100,000 active employee cardholders. The integration facilitated robust, secure communication between systems and enabled a seamless user experience for card management and new card issuance requests.Another significant project I led was architecting a unique and global solution that enabled IBM to remain in compliance with ISO 45001, the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. The solution I designed was created to handle incident reporting and management across IBM’s global operations, providing a centralized platform where employees could report workplace incidents, and near-misses. I worked closely with various stakeholders to ensure the platform was flexible enough to meet the varying needs of different regions while maintaining a unified global approach to safety management.

As a full stack web developer, my experience ranges from concept to deployment, and includes working on both the client-side and server-side of applications.One of the major highlights of my career has been the development and maintenance of a chatbot designed to support 300,000 employees across the organization. This project involved the integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to ensure the chatbot could effectively understand and respond to diverse queries. The chatbot helped streamline internal communication, reducing manual interventions in customer support operations, and enhancing employee self-service capabilities.Another significant part of my experience involved working with SAP Concur, where I contributed to building and maintaining microservices. These services were designed to integrate smoothly with Concur's travel and expense management system. I ensured that the microservices followed a decoupled architecture, which improved scalability and maintained high performance, while handling sensitive financial data securely. Additionally, I have contributed to other six custom web applications for the HR department, each tailored to meet specific business needs. Throughout the development process, I worked closely with HR teams to ensure that the applications were intuitive and provided them with the right tools to automate time-consuming manual tasks.Technologies I regularly worked with included RedHat Openshift, Flask, Python, Node.js, and Vue.js on the front-end, and a variety of databases like Cloudant, Redis and DB2 on the back-end. I also ensured all the applications followed best practices for security, such as Single Sign On, OAuth and JWT for authentication, and I incorporated continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for smooth, efficient development cycles.

During my time in Quote to Cash operations area, apart from the processes related to customer orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition, I also worked in parallel as a VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) developer.This dual responsibility allowed me to bridge the gap between operational needs and technical solutions, contributing to more effective support processes with more than 20 automated tools developed that integrated with SQL databases, Mainframes, and SMTP servers.

As an English teacher for beginners, I focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that helped students build a strong foundation in the language, ensuring that they grasped basic grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills.Apart from the book, I designed custom lessons that combined interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises to make learning both fun and effective.My experience as a teacher allowed me to expand my vocabulary and language proficiency, develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners who were new to the language.
