Hi! I recently graduated with a B.S. in Culinary Science and Product Development, with summa cum laude honors from Johnson & Wales University. I am an innovative and passionate individual looking for new experiences. I have a passion for working with different flavor profiles and creating new and exciting foods for others to enjoy. Currently I am working in Boston for America’s Test Kitchen as an Assistant Culinary Producer! I also completed a senior year internship with ATK where I gained hands-on experience in recipe development and recipe testing to ensure high-quality and fail-proof results.Through my education, internships, and work experience, I have gained confidence and skill in the commercial kitchen. I work well independently and also with others. I take direction, meet deadlines, and quickly become a valued team player. I'm very eager to explore a career in the culinary/food science industry where I can expand my knowledge and be a contributing member of a successful and innovative food and beverage company!
