With diversified experience of more than twenty-five years in private practice, including two years with a New York law firm and a two-month stay with a Romanian law firm in Bucharest, Mr. Caron focuses his practice on corporate law and securities, with particular emphasis on public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance.He represents clients in debt securities and share issues, initial public offerings, Capital Pool Company qualifying transactions, Canadian/American cross-border offerings, as well as private placements. He also advises clients in the negotiations of shareholders agreements, joint-venture agreements and other commercially related agreements.
