Led 190-person Production & Operations group responsible for Nielsen IAG's survey creation, data production and quality assurance in the United States and United Kingdom. Clients included major TV advertisers such as Toyota, American Express and Proctor & Gamble - as well as most major television networks, including NBC, CBS, FOX and ESPN. Measured advertiser effectiveness and viewer engagement across 30 networks in two countries (170 hours of TV per day, 365 days per year.)• Built Nielsen IAG's TV measurement service in the United Kingdom in under five months.• Successfully managed 3 major technology migrations (2009 - 2011), yielding lighter footprint, greater scalability, and global reach.• Drove cost leadership initiatives that yielded lower unit costs in 3 successive years, 2009 - 2011.• Co-chaired Nielsen IAG/GBS's overseas expansion team, facilitating expanded business footprint in India, China, Spain, Canada, Turkey and Australia.• Promoted in 2009 to Executive Vice President, 8 months after Nielsen acquired IAG Research.
